Desde hace 16 años, Allard de Jong (Holanda, 1964), se dedica a aportar soluciones a los problemas humanos dentro de la empresa y a incrementar de manera visible el valor que le aporta el desempeño de sus directivos, acelerando su desarrollo profesional y aumentando el rendimiento individual y organizacional. Atravesando los continentes y​ las culturas, su trabajo se enfoca en la diseminación de la inteligencia emocional y la difusión del curso “Directivo Líder Coach”(que originó). Asimismo, Allard cuenta con fuertes habilidades lingüísticas, de presentación y de creatividad. En el 2006 fue co-autor del libro “Excellence in coaching: The industry’s Guide”.  
Mientras se dedica a su profesión, Allard es un ponente frecuente sobre los temas del cambio, de los equipos, del coaching y del liderazgo en programas de MBA en toda España (UPC, ESCI, Pompeu Fabra…). Ha vivido en Europa y en los EEUU y habla el Inglés, el Holandés, el Francés y el Castellano. Obtuvo un Masters en Estudios de la Comunicación de la University of California y un a Bachelors Degree in Administración de Empresas Internacional de la American University en Paris. Es un coach certificado que se ha formado con el Coaches Training Institute, CoachU, la Graduate School of Coaching así como la School of Small Business Coaching y ha estudiado en persona con profesionales tan emblemáticos como Thomas Leonard, John Whitmore, Laura Berman Fortgang, Richard Reardon, Steve Straus o Anthony Robbins.

For the last 16 years, Allard de Jong (Dutch, 1964) has been "discovering" leaders, measurably increasing their contribution value by accelerating their professional development and transitions. Traveling globally, his work focuses on encouraging emotional intelligence skills and ardently campaigning for the “coach approach” to leadership across borders and cultures. In his work, Allard further relies on considerable language, presentation and creative skills. In 2006, he co-authored “Excellence in coaching: The industry’s Guide”(Kogan Page).

While practicing his trade, Allard is a frequent lecturer on the subjects of change, teams, coaching and leadership at MBA programmes throughout Spain (UPC, ESCI, Pompeu Fabra…).
